Tinde Ke Faide

Mooli bhi salad ka lazmi juz hain. Kachi khayain ya paka kar donon tarah mufeed hoti hain. Magar yeh khud hazam nahi hoti ya phir buhat der mein hazam hoti hai. Is liye mooli khane ke baad thora sa gur(brown sugar) kha lia jaye is se muli hazam ho jati hai aur dekarein nahi aatein ya phir matar(pea) ke chand dane chiba leye jayain to bhi dikarein nahi aatein.
Tel ko Machli ki Bu se Bachayein
Jis tel mein machli tali jaye woh dobarah istemaal ke qabil nahi rehta. Agar machli tlte waqt chand dane ajwain ke daal diye jayein to tel mein machli ki bu nahi aati aur tel ko dobarah istemaal kia ja skta hai.
Kadhi Ghari Karne ka Tarika
Agar kadhi mein aik ya do bar ubal aane ke baad namak daala jaye to kadhi khoob garhi hoti hai.

Daal Galane ka Tarika
Agar dalon ko jaldi galana mqsood ho to har qisam ki daal neem garam pani se dhoyein aur pakane ke liye lkri ka chamcha istemaal karein. Is se daal jldi gal jati hai aur rung bhi acha aata hai.
