Agar aap apne jisam ko takatwar or tandrust banana chate hen to yeh tarikhe istemal kar sakte hen..
100 gm kale til or itne hi dhak (ढाक) ke beej ko peeskar unhe chaanlen isme 200gm shakar dalen or in sab ko milalen. ab is ko kisi shishe ya bartan me mehfooz karlen or roz subha or shaam 10-10gm pani ke sath len isse aap ka jisam takatwar hoga.
20gm kala til or 20gm gokhru (गोखरू) ko milakar bkarik peesle yeh ek tarha ka churan banjayega. ab aap is churan ko Bakri ke dudh me kheer ki tarha banakar khayen yeh aap ki jisam ko bohat zyada takhat dega. agar aap is ka istemal 20-25 din tak karte hen to aap ki jisam ki sari kamzori khatam hojayegi INSHALLAH.
