Khoon Badhane ka Aasan tarikha

25/30 kismis savere garam pani me dho ke saaf kar lein aur fir usko kachche doodh me dubo dein. adhe ghante baad us doodh ko kismis sahit ubaal lo. fir isme se pahle kismis chun ke kha lein aur last me doodh pi jayein.. khoon badhane ke sath sath ye weakness, low blood pressure, liver me araam deta he.

  • Munakka-
Raat me 10/12 munakka dho kar pani me bhigo dein. 12 ghante ke baad munakka ke beej nikal kar khoob chaba chaba kar khayen. 2/3 week me khoon badh jayega. isko khane se khoon saaf hota he aur naak se bahne wala khoon bhi band ho jata he. Munakka pet aur lungs ke rogo me bhi labh deta he.

  • Angoor-

Angoor ka rass 25 gram, daily dono waqt khane k baad pi liya jaye to khoon to badhega he,, sath sath sir me hakkar aana aur digestion me bhi araam dega.
